Sant Marti de El Brull. El Brull. Romanesque.
The church of Sant. Marti del Brull is a building Romanesque nave and a barrel vault covered. Crown is a semicircular apse, which was probably originally a header trefoil. In the sixteenth century, however, the two lateral apses were replaced by two square chapels. The front door opens to the west facade. In Baroque, the piers located on the main facade, we find the portal, were cut to be able to open an oculus at the same time that they extend to the molding that crowns the facade. The original door is still preserved in the south, but wall, the place where he later built an atrium of which are two pillars with arches. The interior of the apse is decorated with five semicircular niches or niches separated by half columns. This space was formerly decorated with Romanesque frescoes. The murals were discovered in 1909 and 1935 were transferred to Museu Episcopal de Vic, where still preserved. The bell tower was built in 1791.
