Lieutenent Colonel (Dr.) Salvador Flores from Wilford Hall's 591st Expeditionary Medical Squadron (Deployed) treats a dental emergency patient in the Air Force mobile hospital set up in Houston's Astrohall, next to the Astrodome. The 591st moved in 87 staff members in three busloads to relieve pressure on flood damaged Houston area Hospitals, thus allowing time for the flood damage hospitals to, literally "mop up".
