The paper,though necessarily of a technical char-acter, was presented in an interestingand intelligible manner and those pres-ent found it exceedingly reports by letter and wire werereceived from divers sections of thecountry and were read by SecretaryKendel. This feature of the annualmeeting is growing, and the reports areincreasing yearly in numbers and ininterest. The importance of this fea-ture of the Associations work is fullyrealized by the membership, but be-cause of the fact that at the presenttime other agencies are doing consid-erable work along this line the specialcommittee ajlpointed to consider
