Caryopses not observed. Leaf blade anatomy.—Cross-sections with7-11 vascular bundles and 3-7 ribs above; scleren-chyma under both abaxial and adaxial epidermisdiscontinuous, extending to some vascular bundlesforming girders; bulliform cells not observed;adaxial epidermis usually with scattered hairs, thehairs mm long.
