Polish and American sailors take part in a wreath-laying ceremony at a local monument during a visit by crew members of the guided missile cruiser USS HARRY E. YARNELL (CG-17) and the guided missile frigate USS KAUFFMAN (FFG-59). The two vessels are visiting Poland in conjunction with BALTOPS '90, a NATO exercise in the Baltic Sea.
