CHICAGO, Ill. (March 7, 2019) Servicemembers and civilians from the Defense Health Agency and Navy Medicine visit USS Red Rover at the Navy's only Recruit training Command during a tour of Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center and it's clinics. Lovell FHCC is the first-of-its-kind, and only, health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs medical care in to a single combined mission.
