Proboscis fully developed: palpi upturned, the 2nd joint reaching to about vertex of head and moderately scaled, the 3rd moderate; fions with rounded prominence with vertical corneous ridge down middle ; eyes large, round ; antennas of male minutely ciliated ; thorax clothed almost entirely with scales and without crests ; tibite moderately fringed with hair ; abdomen with dorsal crest at base only. Foi-e wing with the apex rounded, the termen evenly curved and not crenulate; veins 3 and 5 from near angle of cell; 6 from upper angle ; 9 from 10 anastomosing with 8 to form the areole ; 11 from cell. Hind wing with veins 3, 4 from angle of cell; 5 obsolescent from middle of discocellulars; 6, 7 from upper angle; 8 anastomosing with the cell near base only. 3553. Pariambia aprepes, n. sp. (S. Head pale rufous, the palpi blackish at tips ; thorax fuscous brown mixed with greyish ; pectus and legs brownish white, the tibite and tarsi banded with blackish ; abdomen ochreous brown, the ventral surface whitish. Fore wing brownish grey largely suffused with fuscous, the terminal area paler; subbasal line represented by a slight blackish striga from costa; antemedial. Fig. 169.—rariambia aprepes, (^.
