29/09/2015. MANCHESTER, UK. Junior doctors, who are about to ballot for strike action, demonstrate in Manchester this evening (Tue 29th Sep) The government wants to expand the hours they would receive only standard pay rather than overtime. The British Medical Association says this is equivalent to a 30% pay cut. The protest took place at St Peter's Square outside The Midland Hotel.
