Small quantities were shipped to the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom. The total amount exported during that year represented a falling off of 1,266,482 pounds from 1914 and 3,525,156 pounds from 1913. From these figures it would appear that the industry is decreasing in importance. There were exported in 1913, 1,234,815 pounds of beeswax, valued at .$370,761.
