King's Dolmen, Kongedyssen, a long barrow from the Neolithic period 3,400 in Tokkekoeb Wood, North Zealand, Denmark, on a sunny spring day.

King's Dolmen, Kongedyssen (or Dæmpegårdsdyssen), from the Neolithic period on the northern outskirts of Tokkekoeb Wood, North Zealand, Denmark, on a sunny spring day. The dolmen is dated to 3,400 (The name King's Dolmen doesn't derive from the ancient chief buried there, but from the King Frederik 7th's participation in the dig in 1860). The dolmen consists of two burial chambers inside a rectangular stone circle, the so-called barrow circle,.
