Bouldering is the fastest growing part of the increasingly popular sport of climbing. Harrisons Rocks near London is a small sandstone outcrop owned by the BMC (British Mountaineering Council) and is a well known area for local climbers. Almost never exceeding eight metres in height the whole crag could be considered one big boulder but the proper North Boulder attracts a lot of attension from visiting climbers with problems upto 6c standard.
