A Air Force 312th Airlift Squadron C-5 Galaxy, the largest aircraft in the inventory, lands as a newly established airfield during an exercise designed to enhance austere airfield establishment and breakdown at Amedee Army Airfield, Calif., May 6, 2022. The training for the 270th Air Traffic Control Squadron from Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Ore., helped them develop new tactics for creating multiple, all-weather airfields quickly.
