Old shop fronts in Nottingham Street, Melton Mowbray. The red brick building (just left of centre) is the Corn Exchange. Dating from 1854 this attractive grade II listed building now houses a number of shops and offices and forms part of the Bell Centre Shopping Arcade. Further on are the Dickinson and Morris "Ye Olde Pork Pie" and Sausage Shops dating from 1851 where they still make and sell the authentic Melton Mowbray Pork pies as well as other traditional fayre. Photo was taken on a quiet Sunday afternoon.
