China, Lijiang Old City, group of people with umbrellas
The summer months of June-September bring a large amount of rainfall to the southern Chinese city of Lijiang, turning the streets into seas of multicolored umbrellas. Here, locals shelter from the rain outside a Yak meat restaurant, a traditional food of the local Naxi people who have inhabited the region for hundreds of years.
