Nora Tyson, commander of 3rd Fleet, greets Portland High School chorus singers before the Grand Floral Parade held at Veterans Memorial Coliseum during Portland Rose Festival Fleet Week 2017. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard members from the and Canada making the city a port of call.
