Arcadia, California, USA. 27th May, 2018. Rick Garcia with his Corgi named "Roi" who won First Place at the First Annual SoCal Corgi Nationals held at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California. One hundred Corgis competed against each other for the fastest Corgi with the qualifying rounds held at the grassy infield area, and the semifinals and final race held on the horse track at Santa Anita Park.
