It has endorsed the ideaof taxing public service corporationson their full market franchise will add from $^00,000,000 to $1,-000,000,000 to the tax duplicate of thestate. The Commission suggests thatthis be done by extending the opera-tion of the Nichols Law, so that reliefwill be given to the counties ratherthan to the state revenues.
