Armchair of ebony, inlaid with ivory and decorated with Nereïden, flowers and birds. Arms are committed by figure of a European soldier. Back with oval weapon: or Ebony with Ivory Insert. Richly decorated with Nereïden, Flowers and Birds. Under the Armrests a Standing European Soldier. On the back the coat of arms of the English Family Child, Probably Josiah Child (1630-1699), Governor of the Eic in the 80s and According to Horace Walpole Owner of 20 Ebben Chairs on His Landgoed Wanstead (Friendly Announcement Jan Veenendaal, 9 May 2012).
