(Jan. 4, 2018) – A Navy Commander and Lieutenant assigned to Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Weapon Systems Support (WSS) in Mechanicsburg, Pa., were recognized in a promotion and award ceremony here, Jan. 4. Cdr. Allen “” Rivera was awarded a Meritorious Service Medal while serving as Director of Operations Research and Analysis Division for the past two years and Lt. Keith Hocker was promoted to his present rank.
