I could see no stems nor tendrils, so thick touched one of the leaves and found to my amaze-ment that there was a brown ant under it about. THE WONDERFUL MOVING VINE. was the growth ; and as I drew close to the treeI saw that the vine branched just above theground and went climbing up the great trunk andthe branches.
