Weymouth, UK. 10th July, 2016. The world's largest oyster weighing in at kilos was announced today at the Pommery Dorset Seafood Festival (SUN) in Weymouth Dorset. This single oyster was grown in Poole Harbour and oyster farmer and fisherman Pete Miles. This specimen has been put forward for a Guinness world record.
