The Nazca Booby is considered a subspecies of the masked booby. This is the largest of the booby family, ranging from 75 to 85 cm long, with a 160–170 cm wingspan. They have trouble taking off due to their weight and size, so they prefer nesting in cliffs and islets from where it is easier to fly off.
