Wat Hat Yai Nai in the southern Thai city of Hat Yai features massive multi-roof tiers and intricate exterior artwork. The temple's center of attraction is Phra Phuttha Hattha Mongkhon, a 35-metre-long reclining Buddha image laid beneath a massive pavilion. Crafted in the 1970s, it is the world’s third largest reclining Buddha and is one of the city’s most revered Buddha images.
