Odontopteris subcrenulata is a genus of fossil seed ferns found in shale and coal measures of the Devonian and Carboniferous periods. Being a seed fern it reproduced by way of seeds, rather than reproducing by spores like modern ferns. It had broad and rounded leaves with indistinct midribs and parallel veins, close set on the axis.
