Army Sgt. 1st Class Patrick Franks from Las Vegas, Nevada, stands at the ready during The Falling Plate Event at the World Action Pistol Championships in Columbia, Missouri May 20. Franks, a member of the Army Marksmanship Unit’s Service Pistol Team, claimed the 2018 World Action Pistol Championships’ Production Division Champion title. Just three days later, he claimed the 2018 Bianchi Cup Production Division Champion title as well.
