They make handsome beds or lines, and their free, graceful habit and bright colors are very eflTective when interspersed in the old-fashioned flower or shrubbery border. They stand well when cut, and a vase of one or mixed colors is indeed charming. Double Stock=flowered. The finest variety with splendid spikes of beau- tiful double flowers. 2^ to 3 feet.
