YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 24, 2022) - Outgoing Commanding Officer of 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), Capt. Timothy Waits, salutes Commander, Task Force 76 Chief of Staff, Capt. Michael B. O'Driscoll, while departing Blue Ridge June 24, 2022. Waits turned over command to Capt. Dale M. Gregory Jr. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
