To coincide with International Diamond week in Israel pro Palestinian campaigners hold a protest outside Selfridge's department store in Manchester which is home to Tiffany's Diamonds. Tiffany's partner and one of its main suppliers of diamonds is Israel's Steinmetz Diamonds Group. The campaigners oppose the Steinmetz Diamond Group saying it funds and supports the notorious Givati Brigade of the Israeli army which stands accused of war crimes and possible crimes against humanity by the United Nations Human Rights Council
