While covering the Gulf Coast Oil Spill, we were a few miles offshore from Cedar Key Florida with a local fisherman who was showing us the areas rich aquaculture. While walking along a sandbar, he reached into the shallow water of the Atlantic Ocean and picked up a fresh Scallop. He shucked the scallop and held it up for the camera to see
