Brig. Gen. Keith Waddell, the adjutant general of the Louisiana National Guard, awards his challenge coin to Soldiers of B Company, 136th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, who have executed their jobs with a dedication and professionalism above their peers. The 136th is currently deployed in support of Central Command.
