Adrienne Lawton, a physician temporarily assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) from Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 14 in Mayport, Fla., briefs Senior Chief Hospital Corpsman Huben Phillips from the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) regarding the status of their medical operations at the Lifeline Christian Ministries Mission in Grand Goave, Haiti.
