Green-streaked marble pedestal, the front bearing a silver presentation plaque with the name "Hermann Göring". Height 60 cm. Professor Ferdinand Lepcke (1866 - 1909), master pupil of Fritz Schaper at the Berlin Academy of Fine Arts, received the Great State Award in 1891 and became professor in 1897. There is also a larger version of this figure, of which several casts were made. These statues of the "female archer" were erected in various German towns such as Wilhelmshaven, Coburg, and Berlin-Nikolassee (Hohenzollernplatz).
