Margarita Munoz, 81-year-old Mexican American farms 800-plus acres and handles 250 head of cattle on her own near Perkins, Oklahoma. Munoz used her retirement saving in 1995 to purchase 120 acres, a tractor and plow disc and 20 heifers. Today, she owns a large successful ranch that she operations by herself.
