Curtis, commander of 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, and Col. Ricardo Sierra, commander of the 595th Transportation Brigade at Kuwait’s Port Shuaiba, on Aug. 25, 2021. Curtis, deployed out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, toured the port in preparation for assuming the 1st Theater Sustainment Command’s operational command post mission from 310th ESC at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
