The large liner anchored in Torbay and passengers were ferried to Torquay; the last of boat-load of which can be seen being winched on-board towards the rear of the ship. MS Albatros is a cruise ship operated by the German-based travel agency Phoenix Reisen; it was built in 1973 and can carry 812 passengers. The 9 day cruise departed from Bremerhaven, Germany on the 29th April, visiting: Dover; Torbay; Guernsey; Honfluer, France; Villssingen, Netherlands; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Hamburg, Germany; before returning to Bremerhaven on the 8th May.
