Lahti Historical Museum is housed in the former main building of Lahti Manor House in Lahti, Finland.


Lahti Historical Museum is housed in the former main building of Lahti manor house in Lahti, Finland. The building was designed by architect Hjalmar Aberg (1870-1935) and built during the years 1897-1898. The manor was in the ownership of Captain and Court Counselor August Fellman and his family until 1919. The main building after 1919 has been used for a variety of purposes such as a school and a military hospital. In the mid 1960s Lahti historical museum became its new occupant.
