GULF (Nov. 11, 2016) Seaman Jessy Frailey heaves a phone-and-distance line connected to the fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8) on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike) during a replenishment-at-sea. Frailey serves aboard Ike as a deck seaman. Ike and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of operations.
