Commercial and Domestic: Agawam, DESCRIPTION OF VARIETIES. AGAWAM. A profitable variety, and a favorite for the table. Origin: found growing wild by John Perkins, Ipswich, Mass., abovit J'lant : hardy, vigorous and productive, resistive of drouth. Berry: oblong, medium size, black, sweet, tender and of good flavor. Season : early.
