All Saints parish church in the village of Godshill on the Isle of Wight. The current church dates largely from the 14th century. Legend has it that the church was meant to be built on a lower location, but every night, the stones would move magically to the top of the hill. The decision was made that God clearly wanted his church on a hill - hence the village name.
