Stephen Mack, from Silver Spring, Maryland, during a change of command ceremony, held at Barb Hall, for Submarine Development Squadron (DEVRON) 5. DEVRON 5 is responsible for multiple submarine warfare areas to include submarine rescue operations and the activities of its three Seawolf-class submarines.
