. Danish fungi as represented in the herbarium of E. Rostrup;. Fungi. 112 already found by Troyel (1791), in roots of Brassica or fruits of Cucurbita. In the thin branches of Daucus sclerotia may sometimes be produced in abundance; Rostrup states that some kilogrammes were once brought to him of a size like that of the fruits of the Dau- cus and set free from the stalks merely by the thrashing of the Daucus.
