A large public display of artists' work depicts the horrors of Lithuanian victims who either perished or were deported to Gulags at the hands of the German Nazis in WW11 and the Russian KGB for five decades. The art exhibition is displayed on a high railing at the Museum of Genocide Victims which was the Nazi and KGB in Gedimino Avenue, Vilnius, Lithuania
