In haiiit of growth it reseml)ies a hirge white cabbage variety, and its enormous produc- tiveness is shown by the fact that one head fully equals three to five heads of other varieties. The heads remain ci isp, fresh and delicious four to five weeks, in most cases producing no seed at all, careful slitting of the heads liiMiig necessary to ol)tain seed. Inside they are crystal white with a yellowish heart, of fine flavor, exceedingly crisp and tender. Our trial ground report shows that out of 36 varieties this was the last to go to seed.
