MAIN MEETING ROOM, SOUTH SIDE GALLERY. Under the flooring were sleepers used to elevate the 1812 raised floor sections. These sleepers were fashioned from the 1755 Greater Meeting House salvaged gallery railing. Note the initials and date 'EB 1788'. Other graffiti has dates as early as the 1760s.
