Caudal peduncle as long as deep. 26-27 scales in longitudinal series, 9 in transverse series. Golden, olive on the back, with more or less distinct dark streaks following the series of scales ; greater part of pectoral, soft dorsal, and anal black or blackish. Total length 270 millim.
