Grace Church was represented by the rector in this ser-vice as one of the committee of arrangements, the presid-ing Bishop being the Rt. Rev. Henry Codman Potter, , LL. D., of New York. The consecration service and Bi-Centenary celebrationof Grace Church, on April 9, 1902, was happily accom-plished, and the order of the services carried out withoutfailure in any part. The new memorial sanctuary in Grace Church and thebeautiful memorial appointments both in the sanctuaryand chancel, including the altar, altar window, sanctuarychairs, prayer desk, communion rail, pulpit, organ andreredos, were consecrated by Bishop Burgess historic parish has entered upon the third century ofits existence, and in the evening a bi-centenary celebrationwas held. The afternoon was devoted to lunch andspeeches in Colonial hall. Altogether the day adds abright page to the history of the parish and it is one ofwhich the rector may well be proud. The consecration service was participated in by aboutthirty-five clergymen, from various parts of the dioceseand from Manhattan, including Dean Cox, of the Cathe-dral; Archdeacons Bryan and Holden, and the Rev.
