CORVETTE FOR YUGO SLAVIA. 22 OCTOBER 1943, GRIMSBY. THE CORVETTE MALLOW WAS OFFICIALLY HANDED OVER TO THE YUGO SLAV NAVY. THE CEREMONY WAS ATTENDED BY GENERAL RADOVIC, THE YUGO SLAV MILITARY ATTACHE, WHO ALSO INSPECTED THE MEN, AND SENIOR LIEUT CDR SOSTARIC. THE RELIGIOUS CEREMONY WAS CARRIED OUT BY THE BASE CHAPLAIN, THE REV S RATCLIFFE, RNVR.
