Administration of Mental Health Services And Addiction Prevention (ASSMCA), in collaboration with the Department of State, FEMA, and other agencies took part in the Grand Three Kings Celebration in Aguada, Orocovis, Humacao, Manati, Salinas, and Guaynabo, for the benefit of bringing joy and gifts to children and their families.
