David Adams, Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), meets with Hitoshi Kawashima, TOA Corporation Kyushu Branch Deputy General Manager, during a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new fuel pier constructed at the Yokose Fuel Terminal by the Army Corps of Engineers and the TOA Corporation at CFAS Sept. 22, 2022.
