Upon thisbasis the school reached 63 per cent of the eligible men fromJanuary, 1919, to December, 1919. This period includes monthswhen the service was still unorganized. During the latest monthsof more complete organization, the percentage of patient popula-tion enrolled in educational service in many hospitals exceeded90 per cent. Achievement 15. 19)3 1919 Chart 2.
